WiSec OÜ — Tormine Terms of Service Version 1 · Valid from 24/06/2026
Tormine is an AI-assisted cyber compliance, risk and security-testing workspace operated by WiSec OÜ, available at tormine.com and my.tormine.com (together, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the Service. By requesting access, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
These Terms are written for business-to-business (B2B) use. The Service is intended for organisations and the professionals acting for them, not for consumers. Estonian consumer-protection rules and the distance-selling right of withdrawal do not apply.
Early-access notice. Tormine is under active development and offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the Service is provided without an availability guarantee while in this phase.
1. Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| WiSec / we / us | WiSec OÜ, registry code 14878500, the provider of the Service |
| Customer / you | The organisation that holds an account and on whose behalf the Service is used |
| User | An individual authorised by the Customer to access the Service |
| Service | The Tormine platform, websites, applications and related support |
| Customer Content | Any data, documents, evidence, assessments, findings or other material a User submits to the Service |
2. The Service
Tormine helps teams run compliance readiness, gap analysis, policy and document generation, risk and supplier registers, evidence collection, and pentest and security-testing workflows. The Service supports readiness, documentation and gap analysis — it does not issue formal certifications, and using it does not guarantee that any audit, certification or regulatory outcome will be achieved. Output produced by AI features is assistive and must be reviewed by a competent person before you rely on it.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at info@wisec.ee.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Users comply with these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems or networks hosting the Service;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly agreed; or
- upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Security-testing features — authorised use only
Tormine includes scanning, pentest and security-testing functionality. You may use these features only against systems, applications, domains and assets that you own or for which you hold explicit, documented authorisation to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authorisation, and you will indemnify WiSec OÜ against any claim arising from your use of these features against systems you were not authorised to test.
6. Customer Content and data protection
- As between the parties, you own your Customer Content. You grant WiSec OÜ a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and support the Service.
- You are responsible for the legality of Customer Content and for having a lawful basis to upload any personal data it contains.
- WiSec OÜ processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For personal data within Customer Content, WiSec OÜ acts as your data processor; a separate data-processing agreement is available on request.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any Customer Content you need to retain; on termination you may export your data during the window described in section 11.
7. Availability, changes and support
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but during early access it is provided without a formal uptime or service-level commitment. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes where practicable. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible. Support is provided by email at info@wisec.ee.
8. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing frequency and any founder/early-access pricing will be agreed in writing or shown at sign-up. Invoices are issued by WiSec OÜ and settled by bank transfer, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Estonian accounting and tax rules apply to invoicing and record-keeping. During free early access, no fees are charged unless separately agreed.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, content and trademarks, is owned by WiSec OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the rights expressly granted to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without restriction or obligation.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will use it only to perform under these Terms and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Term and termination
- These Terms apply for as long as you have an account.
- Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including section 4 or 5) or where required by law.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your Customer Content within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tormine does not constitute legal, regulatory or audit advice, and does not guarantee compliance with, or certification under, any framework.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiSec OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. WiSec OÜ's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €500 where no fees were paid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
